We are looking for a smart tech-lover, interested in an internship within our IT department. Under the supervision of the Chief Technical Officer, the Help Desk intern will act as first point of contact in our Milan offices for enquiries/issues related to company IT systems and applications.
You will combine technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to ensure high-quality support to colleagues and H-ART/AKQA guests. You have a positive and customer-oriented approach, always seeking ideas to improve the quality of H-ART/AKQA tools and systems.
